Instructions
Muddle 4 raspberries and 2 mint leaves in a shaker
To the shaker add ice, 1oz Wicked Raspberry Gin, 1/2oz Campari, 1/2oz lime juice and 1/2oz simple syrup – shake well
Fill a lowball glass with ice and strain into glass
Top with Champagne or Soda Water
Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves
