Instructions:
- 2oz Robyn De Plateado Tequila
- 1oz Grapefruit Juice
- Lime juice
- 1oz Grapefruit Syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes Berry Bitters
- Grapefruit
To a shaker add ice and all ingredients except for the grapefruit – Shake well.
Strain over ice in a lowball glass
Garnish with a grapefruit triangle
