Mix together 1 bottle of white wine, ¾ cup Dixon’s Wicked Blueberry Gin, ½ cup Triple Sec, ¾ cup white cranberry juice, ¼ cup homemade blueberry syrup*, 1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup frozen blackberries and 1 lemon (sliced)

Refrigerate for a few hours

Serve with a few ice cubes and top with sparkling water

Garnish with frozen berries and a sprig of mint

*Blueberry Syrup

Equal parts water, sugar and berries

Boil, cool, strain
