Instructions:
- 1.5oz Trickle Down Whisky 6yr
- 1oz Aperol
- .75oz Lemon Juice
- .25oz Simple Syrup
- Prosecco
- Orange
In a shaker add ice, whisky, aperol, lemon juice, and simple syrup – Shake well.
Pour over ice in a rock glass, then top with prosecco
Garnish with a orange peel.
