Instructions:
- 1 1/2oz Silvercreek Vodka
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Dixon’s Wicked Berry Bitter
- 1/2oz Egg White
- Maraschino Cherries
- Lemon
To a shaker add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white and 3 dashes Berry bitter – Dry shake
After the dry shake add ice, and shake again until cold
Strain over ice in a lowball glass and garnish with 2 maraschino cherries on a skewer and a lemon wedge.
