For added spice to your Penne!

1 1/2 large yellow onions

5 cloves of crushed garlic

10 slices of bacon

2 cups of diced tomatoes

1 can (28 ounces) of crushed tomatoes

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

2 fluid ounces of Flaming Caesar Vodka

12 ounces of penne pasta

Shredded Cheese or parmesan

Step 1: Cook and drain penne pasta – set aside

Step 2: In a pan or skillet sauté thinly sliced onions, crushed garlic and bacon.

Step 3: Add diced tomatoes and deglaze with Flaming Caesar Vodka (cook until alcohol has evaporated) Add crushed tomatoes and cream

Step 4: Reduce sauce until thickened and season with salt and pepper

Step 5: Add cooked pasta to sauce

Step 6: Top with cheese

Serve and enjoy!
