In a lowball glass (or copper mug) muddle a peeled knob of fresh ginger & 1 mint leaf
After muddling add ice and 2oz of Dixon’s Moonshine
Fill the remainder of the glass with ginger beer
Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf
