2 oz WOG or SCV

1 oz dry vermouth

For a dirty martini: 1 to 3 teaspoons olive brine

Lemon twist and/or cocktail olives

In a mixing glass with ice pour in the gin/vodka and vermouth (+1 tsp. olive brine for dirty, add more by preference). Stir until cold. Pour the cold martini mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist and/or desired number of olives.
